Two policies of iron prophylaxis

60mg ferrous sulphate daily (+folic acid); Screening and therapy: Hb measurement on each visit, Hb\>9g/dl only folic acid, Hb\<9g/dl 60-120 of ferrous sulphate daily (+folic acid).
