ranibizumab, dexamethasone and verteporfin

One 500 microgram dose (0.05cc) intravitreal dexamethasone (10 mg/ml vial) in combination with Visudyne Photodynamic Therapy and 0.5 mg intravitreal Ranibizumab injection on the same day.
