Magnesium Sulfate
Intravenous Magnesium Sulfate (100 mg/Kg, Max 2 gram/dose) 8 hourly.
Normal Saline
Intravenous Placebo (Normal Saline in equivalent amount to magnesium sulfate 100 mg/Kg, Max 2 gram/dose) 8 hourly.
