Riluzole

Active drug put into 10-mg capsules by NIH Clinical Center Pharmacy. Matched placebo capsules were also prepared by NIH Clinical Center Pharmacy. Dose up to 120 mg daily, divided into bid dosages.

Capsules matched active drug in appearance.
