Busulfan, Cyclophosphamide, Horse ATG

Transplant recipients received a myeloablative conditioning regimen of cyclophosphamide, Anti-Thymocyte Globulin (horse), and Busulfan. Cyclosporine and methotrexate were administered for GVHD prophylaxis.
