DRUG

carboplatin

Carboplatin IV over 24 hours on days 1-5

DRUG

fludarabine phosphate

Fludarabine IV over 5-10 minutes on days 1-5.

DRUG

thalidomide

Oral thalidomide daily beginning within days 1-3 and continuing in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

DRUG

topotecan hydrochloride

Topotecan IV continuously over 72 hours.
