Calcium Chloride

Intravenous calcium chloride 10% (1g) will be administered in 100ml normal saline, over 10 minutes.

OTHER

Placebo

Intravenous administration of 100ml normal saline, over 10 minutes.

DRUG

Carbetocin

50 mcg intravenous carbetocin.
