PROCEDURE

Experimental - Nanohydroxyapatite

Following selective caries removal under local anesthesia and rubber dam isolation, nanohydroxyapatite paste will be applied directly onto the pulpal dentin surface as the pulp protection material. The cavity will then be restored using a standardized adhesive and resin composite protocol.

PROCEDURE

Active Comparator - Biodentine

Following selective caries removal under local anesthesia and rubber dam isolation, Biodentine will be mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions and applied onto the pulpal dentin surface as the pulp protection material. The cavity will then be restored using a standardized adhesive and resin composite protocol. This comparator is distinguished by the use of a calcium silicate-based bioactive material with well-established clinical performance, serving as the reference standard against which nanohydroxyapatite is evaluated.
