Letrozole (aromatase inhibitor)

"Participants will be randomized into two groups:~Extended therapy group: 5 mg/day of letrozole for 10 days (cycle days 2-12). Standard therapy group: 5 mg/day of letrozole for 5 days (cycle days 2-6)."
