Amoxicillin 1000mg at 12 hourly for 14 days Clarithromycin 500mg at 12 hourly for 14 days Esomeprazole 20 mg at 12 hourly for 14 days

Quadruple therapy

Bismuth subsalicylate 300mg at 6 hourly 14 days Metronidazole 400mg at 8 hourly 14 days Tetracycline 500mg at 6 hourly 14 days Esomeprazole 20 mg 12 hourly for 14 days
