Dexamethasone

Dexamethasone 0.2 mg/kg of ideal body weight (IBW) IV (at a maximum of 20 mg per day) will be blindly infused from day 1 to day 5;

Placebo

Placebo: one IV administration per day from day 1 to day 5.
