Comparison of eating windows intervention

Participants will be randomized into two groups to follow either eating window for 12 months, with normocaloric meal plans based on the Mediterranean diet adapted to Brazilian culture. After 12 months, a 3-month washout period will follow, during which participants return to their usual eating patterns. The groups will then be swapped to follow the opposite eating window for another 12 months. Finally, a new data collection will be conducted 3 months post-intervention to analyze the stability of behavior.
