nebulization of 4 mL 0.9% saline twice daily

dexmedetomidine group

nebulization of 1 µg/kg dexmedetomidine diluted in 4 mL 0.9% saline twice daily

bilateral nebulization (60 mg) using a mucosal atomization device twice daily
