Oxycodone Hydrochloride

Oxycodone hydrochloride will be administered at a continuous infusion dose of 0.03-0.2 mg/kg/h.

Remifentanil

Remifentanil will be administered at a continuous infusion dose of 2-9 μg/kg/h.
