Dexmedetomidine prolonged sedation

Dexmedetomidine for 24h after patients finished endovascular thrombectomy and returned to ICU.

DRUG

0.9% saline

An equal dose of 0.9% saline 24h after patients finished endovascular thrombectomy and returned to ICU.
