PROCEDURE

Less Invasive Surfactant Administration LISA

Laryngoscopy with insertion of a small 16 gauge angiocatheter to administer FDA approved Surfactant, during spontaneous respirations.

PROCEDURE

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure CPAP

Infant will remain on CPAP Therapy during spontaneous respirations
