Transversus abdominis plane block (TAP BLOCK)

Ultrasound guided TAP block with local anesthetics and dexamethasone.

PROCEDURE

Instillation of surgical site with local anesthetic.

Instillation of surgical site with local anesthetics and dexamethasone.

PROCEDURE

Opioid IV medications (Control)

Standard anesthetic technique.
