Median nerve decompression at the wrist

Surgical incision of the carpal ligament at the wrist and proximal hand to decompress the median nerve.

DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT

Alpha lipoic acid post median nerve decompression

Daily supplementation of alpha lipoic acid
