DRUG

Intravenous Iron sucrose

Intravenous Iron Sucrose 200 mg in the immediate postoperative period and first day postop.

DRUG

Oral Iron

Oral iron(III)-hydroxide polymaltose complex 100 mg twice daily in the fist 8 postoperative weeks.
