Gemcitabine + Capecitabine

Gemcitabine: 1000 mg/m2 intravenously over 30 min. on day 1 in 2-weeks cycles. Capecitabine: Peroral tablet 2000 mg/m2 daily on days 1-7 in 2-weeks cycles.
