radiation therapy

No more than 2 weeks later, patients undergo conventional radiotherapy once daily, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks.

stereotactic radiosurgery

stereotactic radiosurgery to high-risk areas of active tumor determined by MR-spectroscopy
