Standard interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT)

Participants will receive 12 sessions of IPT over 12 weeks.

BEHAVIORAL

Clinician managed interpersonal psychotherapy (CM-IPT)

Participants will receive 12 sessions of CM-IPT over 1 year.
